Topic: Shopping for a video camera   Go to last post
Posted: Friday, July 17, 2009 2:35:32 AM(UTC)

I'm looking to buy a video camera soon. I just don't know where to start. I've been out of the video camera game for a while. I'm looking to pay about $500 or less. I was thinking of getting one with an HDD and preferably HD. Is HD quality recommended? or anything under that still good?? Any help would be appreciated.

I recently attached my ipod touch to my friends computer. I noticed after I got online with my touch it still showed his username and I needed his password to get apps from the app store. Is it possible to change this back to my itunes store username and password without loggin into itunes store without a pc??

I tried to log onto the Itunes Store App from the touch, but it's not available in this country it says (Kuwait). If I can get logged into that can I change it from there?? Thank you.

Hi, I just bought a pair of headphones hoping to use with my Ipod Touch for making Skype calls. Unfortunatly I just relised they came with 2 seperate cords. One for the headphone and one for the mic. Does anyone happen to know if they make splitters for my situation. I saw some on Amazon, but they only describe them bieng used for 2 headphones. Could it work the same way for a mic?? Any help would be appreciated.

I have a Dell Inspiron E1705. A few years ago I s[censored]ed tea on the keyboard. I replaced the keyboard. A year later it stopped showing any image on it. I could hear the fans running, but nothing happening. Since it was no longer under warranty. I bit the bullet and paid for Dell to fix it. After 400 dollars they replaced the Mobo I beleive. When we started it up at home it worked fine, but every once in a while it would suddenly freeze and needed a restart.

I tried replacing the memory and hard drive. No luck there.

Anyone have any ideas?? Any help would be appreciated.

Topic: Trojan Possibly   Go to last post

I recently downloaded an executable while searching the net for what I thought was a free program. (never again) I attempted to install it and for some reason it hit me that it was probably a virus. I cut off the install, but it was too late. Now everytime I search the net and click any link it brings me to some SPAM site. When I try to open my C drive it gives me an access error. I also checked and it won't let me do a restore as well.

I am thinking its not spyware. I ran Ad-aware and Avira Antivir.
Avira fround 2 Trojans and I deleted them both. I can't recall the names at the moment. After all that I attempted to access my C-Drive and no success.

Should I try a different Antivirus software?? I have never reallly had a virus before so I only downloaded the Free Antivir. Also I was wondering, If I copy my important files and just reformat the drive, will it take a part of the virus with it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I recently moved into a house with all 240v outlets (Italy) I'm using a transforer for my computer and speaker system, but I have a few more things that need 110 voltage. Isit possible to run a powerstrip on a transformer?

I heard a rumor that you could as long as the transformer had enough power to run it.
