Well, you can get a pretty solid build for around $1000 where I live in the U.S., especially when you already have a PSU and a case. Having those already will probably cut your total by around $200... I would recommend checking out pcpartpicker.com for all the other components (I'm not sure about their international policies and rates though)... You can enter your case and PSU and then enable compatibility filter and the site will only show components that are compatible with the others you select. Then you just select which retailer you wanna buy each part from, and you're done. It takes almost all of the brainwork out of buying parts for your PC, but I would still recommend researching a bit, just for cheap insurance...

Also, you're probably going to need an OS (operating system), as those can be a bit tricky to transfer to a new rig. You can get that at pcpartpicker too... So yeah, you need a Case, CPU, GPU, PSU, RAM, HDD, OS, and MoBo to build a functional PC. You may need an optical drive to install the OS from as well...

I can't really give you any suggestions on what components to buy without having your case and PSU specs, but I hope this helps a little at least.

I saw this video. It was a little underwhelming when compared to some other open-world games, but I'm still pretty stoked for it... I mean, I have to be. I'm building a $1500 PC specifically for this game... We'll just have to wait and see how much content they've actually packed into that 11 minute jog. 1 day to go!...

If I had the money for this, it would almost be perfect for a project I have in mind... A mobile computer station in my car lol (not cheap to do)
