I'm the fruit of my parent's loins grin and I saw something on Reddit about how hot hothardware.com is so I joined and got hooked. Posts here are awesome to reply to. Great people, great site. Haven't bought anything, really though (yet) LoL.

Great suggestion, Blackhawk8100. Will surely let him know. I think they're looking into two as of last week. If I'm not mistaken, it's between Intelex and ETQ. I tried googling them and I don't know but just found ETQ's website more interesting (maybe it was something with the colors or the font..i don't know grin ) and their employee training software is kind of not bad in my opinion.

Now I understand that software like these are used for managing and tracking training and modules. Thought PowerPoint would just do. skeptical

Ever heard of these two before?

A friend of mine who's been running a contact center shared his plans of getting an employee training software to make up-training and workshops accessible for employees and tracking their progress a breeze.

They're fairly new in the business so they're still "paper-friendly" -- on site agents affix their signatures next to their names once they're done with the training modules while remote agents input their info on google spreadsheet and supervisors check them manually.

I'm quite curious so, I googled stuff online and didn't see a lot of software of that type available. Anyone here has had experience with employee training software? What kind did you get? Is it really necessary for a contact center with around 100 employees on-site and off-site to purchase one?

This was written some years ago and I STILL haven't heard of this thing. I wonder what happened with it and if it sold decently.

I am really hoping Iphone will release a larger screen like the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 . If this will happen, then I think more and more people will buy Iphone. I'd just hope too that the price is just right and note so high.

For the price of $199, I think more consumers will get one. Good decision.
