I actually thought he was openly gay, too.

It's a mistake to cast people you disagree with as purely evil monsters. That's bad logic and is almost never true.

It is true that the FCC, under Tom Wheeler, is making some terrible mistakes, and we've been critical of those. (And I'm not making any accusations here, but it's possible that there's political skulduggery afoot.) But that doesn't mean the agency is incapable of some good things, too.

This is dumb. You can always improve a product as you gain expertise and come up with new ideas, and plenty of engineers (by their own admission) will never stop tweaking a product. That's why there needs to be someone in charge that says, "Wrap it, we're manufacturing in a week".

IMHO, Valve is in danger of letting the whole Steam Machine thing turn into vaporware.

Is a wireless controller cool? Yes. Can you release them later, after you have products shipping to thousands of anxious consumers? Also yes.

Not sure what your beef is, dude. All signs point to the Surface Mini rumor being true. (Ie, the 20k tablets sitting in a warehouse somewhere.) The story IS that the Surface Mini did not happen, and why that might be.

Furthermore, we also reported what DID happen, as always. So...
