Mr. Steiger knows what he is doing. Spoken with him on several occasions and he is always about making no comprises. Except, now they are talking about using AMD hardware, which is contrary to that idea. But it IS business.
Garry as always is super informed and very intelligent. However, please do not confuse my non interest with negativity. My only point was that Linux seems to always fail to get any steam. We need it to really take off, and in order to do that we need some mainstreamness (yes, I know), and it just seems like that will never happen with Linux. I wish it would take off. However, my other point is that it is far, far, FAR easier to just pirate whatever OS you need.
Okay so exactly 1/100th of a percent of PC Gamers ever attempt to use Linux. And of that sub section of gamers, only 1/10 use it more than once before uninstalling never to use it again. LOL again, I ask who in the hell uses Linux ? And good for Gamers in the long run ? Perhaps. Perhaps not.
Who uses Linux ?? Lulz
