I never even heard of discuss until recently. Seems alright to me. But I post in very few forums. I tend to find one and call it home.

Yeah thanks guys for the suggestions, I do like the R7 250. thats up my ally.

Only video cards i ever used were the high end ones, so I am still a little unfamiliar with these low end ones.

Its a G630 CPU. 4Gb Ram. So no need for high end card. CPU wouldn't push it.

I could care less if it's AMD or NVidia. Budget around 50 bucks.

I'm saving up, bit by bit to try to build a newer system. But I need this one to do a little better so I can keep modding.

Oh and trying to edit video... the horror.

I put in a old HD5570 video card, but it's killing me. Yes this is my main machine. Embarrassingly.

I'm looking for a low end video card better than that to run 2 monitors, and does not require additional power.

Suggestions? Or someone have one for sale?

Appreciate it,

-Rob

I sure would try though lol

I did some marketing for Nyxio. They sent me http://nyxio.com/products/venture/

It was pretty good. It was their first version release. Watching a non-action movie was good, but gaming was horrendous.

I want something similar but with a wider FOV. I did have a 3d Projector that was pretty awesome. But MAN did it put out some heat. 80" 3d gaming TV on my wall was pretty cool. But I didn't like 3D titles. too gimmicky.

Thanks man. Wasn't sure if that was allowed or not.

I have to redo the website. I have a generic placeholder up at the moment. All my old modding photos look like they were shot with a potato. So fixing to get new shots on this mod and start over.

Also, if I may ask. AM I allowed to link back here from other forums? I want to post my worklog here but just put teasers in other forums sending them here to see full worklog. That ok?

Not worried about privacy. It's a public repair shop. Just happens to be owned by me.

It was just something to play with. I grabbed my scrap box and just started trowing it together. No plans. Ironically, the turning part was completely coincidental lol. So I just ran with it.

I'm just getting started again after a couple years off from disability. But I'm on a major highway so traffic should be good.

I had a buddy that did high end car audio. ANd he would subcontract to me PC builds to be integrated into these vehicles. My first one I did was with a atom. It was HORRIBLE. Customer was NOT happy. I ended up using a laptop motherboard. Then I went with VIA. Had good luck with VIA systems in autos. Plenty of oomph for what we had them doing. Some customers wanted more capabilities so I would put high end intel systems in, but the cost to ruggedize and integrate them was too limiting to all but the most demanding customers.

That was the 1 and only Atom experience I ever had so not sad by it fading away.
