I have got one ssd based on sandforce. but i am not able to do large document writing in testing. is this the same with other controller soltution?

a SSD below 120GB is worthy but not sure of larger one. like most guys do with a desktop you might consider of combination of a smaller SSD with a large enough HDD.

http://hothardware.com/cs/forums/t/55165.aspx msata ssd is applied by Xploretech to make RAID. 2 kinds inlcuding RAID 0 for performance(r/w) and RAID1 for data safety. Smart and interesting, uhh!?

Have not tried any solution to achieve this but it seems the be the new dual drive technology applied by IBM Lenovo. Also very interested by me.
