I will definitely be watching for the eclipse. The whole shebang reminds of the y2k scares.
A nice little setup!
You guys have some great ideas here. My next PC will probably be a customized steam box. I like the idea of having my rig more compact. My current PC is a huge tower, so the idea appeals to me greatly. You can always add an external video card too.
Water cooling a lap top is pretty extreme but if it works and gets results thats whats important! 🙂
For a new gaming PC? I would absolutely go with Intel Core I7-6700K 4.00 GHz, a dual GPU Nvidia card, a nice SSD. Say 16 GB (s) DDR 4. And you're all set!
Yeah you don't really want to use more than a pea sized amount. I like Arctic Silver. Too much will do the opposite and cause overheating, very true. I think if you do a search on the web you can find some how to videos and actually see it done, this will help. Good Luck. 🙂
I like using a mobile version of Office. I have couple of games I like, Candy crush saga, some radio station app feeds. Thats about it.
I would go with the latest I7, 2 Nvidia Dual GPU cards, 64 GB s of Ram, M2 SSD, it would meet your needs.
That is one BadAss game! Cerainly the Geforce experiance is an easy way to keep updated.
I like the contests because you DO get more traffic to the site and it can get interesting. Most of the time the place is dead.
