Update: I did got a Radeon 7870 XT limited Edition form AMD. Now it is on my X79 MB. It is so powerful than orginal 7870. This has 1536 pipelines, base clock at 925 and boost at 975 MHz, and faster vram onboard at 1.5 GHz x4 equal to 6 GHz  I really like this better than orginal 7870 GHz Edition and R9 270. Dont worry, I still have Radeon R9 270 as back up (just in case if 7870 XT run into problem)

I did got the package today and installed Radeon 7870 XT in my PC. Everything went smooth and very clear picture. I can say that I was glad found a limited edition Radeon 7870 XT.  It did feed by my PSU 750 Watts with 80 Plus Gold (dont need a upgrade 850 watts PSU)  It is plenty power and extra watts for overclock. I hope Radeon 7870 XT will hold on for few years .

I did found a rare video card from Amazon.com. It was very rare and very limited edition (not lot of them out there) It is based on Thati  LE (same GPU found on Radeon 7950 and 7970)  They built with this GPU cut down and twice powerful than 7870. . I did saw this video card that has 1536 pipelines and base clock at 925 MHz and boost at 975 MHz . Onboard memeroy rated at 1.5 GHz x4 equal to 6 GHz. It is 2 GB DDR with GDDR5 video card. It is called Radeon 7870 XT. I did read the few reviews about this card. Very impressive and double fps and twice faster than orginal 7870. It sitting between 7870 and 7950. It was close performance as to 7950. It use 185 watts to plug in dual 6 pin on card.  I did ordered it on Amazon.con last Sunday night. I never heard of that.. My best guess was very few retail store online  got that as extra specail and very limited edition.

realneil , you are right. I am a strictly Intel kind of guy. I use Intel CPu for long time. I still consider that Intel is best and technology. That why I love Intel cuz they make a great procossors for game or everyday PC (such as Pentium 4 way up to I7.

Thanks for your relay. I forget to add PSU that I looked at Enermax 850 Watts with 80+ Platium (there is good review on it)  I know Seasonic PSU got a lot of postive reviews and very few negtive reviews. Now I will figure on my own to see if Any brand PSU is at best price on Amazon or  Newegg.com. ( I usual shop both of their sites to compare the prices)

My Custom PC iis about 6 months old. It dont have any problems and still running very strong.  I recenty look around to buy a bad boy video card AMD Radeon R R9 280X 3 GB DDR. They drop the price down. I think it is good time to buy it. (My orginal plans was buy 3GB video card from 6 months ago but cant afforded it and did got same 2 GB AMD Radeon R9 270 as Radeon 7870 I had before gave to my stepbrother.) Now I am consider to upgrade to 850 watts with 80+ Goild or 860 with 80+ Platuiam (any brand as Seasonic, Themaltake, and etc)  I was likely toward with 80 Plus Gold or Platium. I did saw best deal on Seasonic X-Series 850 Watts with 80+ Gold for $160 and same model has 860 with 80+ Platuim sell for $189.00 from Newegg.com  I did read many good review about that. I want buy either 850 or 860 with 80Plus to run 3 GB DDR video card.. Thanks for read my post and your help and time. I will check it later.
