This CPU should hit 4Ghz easily, and with stock HSF overclocking will really depend on temperature how far it goes

That will be memory overclock, not CPU, lol, and I guess u cannot push any memory until 500Mhz, lol

Well, HT stands for HyperTransport. And this is AMD CPU's data transfering fast link between memory and CPU. (for example FSB(200) x multiplier (5)= HT (1000Mhz), basically when you increase FSB you have to set it at stable point, depends on your system. 250Mhz x 4 = 1000Mhz

Check in your BIOS anything to set shutdown by 60C, (PSU, CPU)

I guess you can not play much with CPU multiplier (except FX). If in your BIOS option to change multiplier that will be just downwards. And your HT multiplier will be between 3-5 depends how much you overclock.

Guys offer me any efficient air cooling, which supports 478, 939 platforms. Budget is around 30 bucks. For me cheaper better. Swiftech?, Zalman?, Termaltake?, Termalright?

Guyss offer me for my system decent PSU for reasonable price, Spec is below. CPU will be running 4ghz or more. For me cheaper is better, can't put my leg and arm for piece of hardware.
How much wattage should do fine?And what brand should i go, Antec?
