I have a Cougar Vortex PWM 120mm case fan, and I'm looking to upgrade a couple more. What I'd like is to get some decent airflow while also having some good static pressure to make sure that there's plenty of air being pulled through the front intake's filter, as well as for mounting on a radiator in the future.

Do the Venturi static pressure fans produce a decent amount of airflow while maintaining a low noise profile? And does it do it as well as the Cougar Vortex fans do at 50% speed? What about 40% speed where I have the fans set for when the system is idling?

Thanks.
