I bought Norton internet security for last 3 years; i got infected many times for almost nothing.

My question is : Norton are the same Norton has they are good in early 1990-2005 ?

This is a good solution or not ?

I use free Microsoft Security Essentials and Avast Free Antivirus. I have been using them both for a long time. I have not had any infections either.

Why pay for Norton?

It has been a long time since I've seen a non-paid for review of a Symantec/Norton AV product.

Norton is the same Norton. I use Avast Free antivirus and it works really well.

Been using Avast for a couple of years as well over multiple devices and haven't had a problem either. I was using Norton before that and did get infected (thats when I switched). Pretty much the same internet usage with both software titles so I'm very happy with Avast.

heres my personal review of Norton, over hyped, over priced full of bloatware and slows your system down,  i use Microsoft security essentials along with a couple of adware removers i run once a month, and not any problems at all

Better use Comodo. It's good even for free.
