I could prob. get away with running it in uni ( say 200GHz of [censored]ulative CPU power ! ) .. if it will run as a background service as "system".

I may have to set it to only run when no-one is logged-in, in-order to get permission to set it up oh and without a GUI running as them, no other users could change the team #

Actually it would be of use on other rigs aswell if it could start before someone actually logs in.

It definetly can be done. You need to do some reading. I think if you read some threads here, you will find out how to do it.
