@Blackhawk8100 lol good one 🙂 - I meant like for games where you can upload your own music (Fifa, Batman Arkham Asylum), etc. Yes and I'm a fan of in the game music as well (Remember Contra or the awesome soundtrack to the Street Fighter games).

I really liked the music in Descent I & II.

Classic rock is my favorite, though.

Back in those days one of the perks of having the game on CD/DVD was the soundtrack was in actual CD audio quality because the tracks were actual CD audio tracks on the game disc.

I would suggest more traditional video game music such as the great music from Final Fantasy, Chronotrigger, Legend Of Zelda, etc.

If it's a fast pace slaughter fest I like to listen to power metal, or just from my main playlist, I just skip the songs I don't wanna listen to.
