Having had both Intel and AMD processors, I can honestly say that while I have a preference still towards Intel, I've found AMD's work just fine, so this would be pretty nice to have.

I have both too, and my AMD systems are good to go. But this board and chip would certainly be an improvement! [:)] (a welcome one)

It is a nice one. It looks good and it has true x16, x16, x4, x4 PCI-E support.

I have to admit that I have been intrigued about the FX-9590 CPU. I'd love to compare it to my FX-8350.

nice bottom end for a new build just need a case and PSU and your up and running, the throw in a GPU and a bunch of memory with 4 1Tb ssd's running in raid 10 rofl.
