Our server is a HP Proliant ML370 server with two 146GB SCSI hard drive set as RAID 1. It looks like one of the drives is failing. If I get a new replacement drive, do I just put this new hard drive in the same location as the one that is failing and that's it or do I need to do anything else so that it works fine as RAID 1 again?

No, it is not windows raid but through a raid controller. I remember setting it up the HP Proliant ML370 G4 server using a CD from HP called Smart Start to set up the RAID before I can install the operating system. In this case, I can just shutdown the server, put in my new drive and off it goes, correct? Thanks for help.
Okay, after trying two hard drives and it's still not working. The second hard drive is an HP brand with the same exact part number and model number but still the hard drive's LED with an "X" icon is on all the time. In the HP Proliant Integrated Management Log Viewer it kept saying "Drive Array Device Failure (Slot 1, Bus 1, Bay 5)". Any suggestion on how to fix this issue?
