For anyone counting, that's 4GHz out of a 2.7GHz CPU - a 48% increase.  GPU is actually a 280x (shows up as a 7970 for obvious reasons), I've actually increased that to 1150MHz, that's on top of the 1080MHz OC provided by XFX - a total of 35% over the official core speed of 850MHz.  H100i on the CPU and H55 on the GPU with Ceramique paste.  The temp shown isn't right though, the CPU idles about 4-7 degrees above system temp and never exceeds 60 degrees C under load.

Nice Overclock. I have the same problem with Corsair Link, it always shows 4-7 degrees above what RealTemps reads.
