It certainly looks impressive in practice but a full implementation and demo is definitely required to rid my skepticism.
Few things I'd like to point out. There were objects that were "floating" in mid air. That was a oversight. Example at 1:48. Floating cross. The plants look badly outlined at 5:39. If you are going to claim "infinite detail" this isn't something you should allow in your PROMOTIONAL material. >.>
You could scan and tessellate down to triangles to get the exact same quality.
But photogrametry always comes up short: No specular capture, no transparency, no interactive lighting, no animation, no dynamic shadowing.
