Uhm what was the lawsuit about, doesn't it make sense to say what they settled about or w.e?

That's my sentiment as well. The $20 million settlement would be better spent helping charities than handing out $10 to a bunch of users.
The lawyers get some thing like $7.5 million and the original plaintiffs get a total of $37k all together. Looks more like lawsuit abuse to me.

I agree with Inspector and Paul. One lump sum would go a long way to doing more good than passing out beer money.
