I don't know but if as said in the article pictures are a priority for you you cannot get much better than 41Mp and most especially with Carl Zeiss lenses that my friend is a beast camera or phone really.

With the Lumia 900 already confirmed to be stuck forever as a pre-Windows Phone 8 device, the 808 PureView is something cut from a different cloth. It's a Symbian-based phone, and that's an operating system that's largely dated compared to the other modern options out there.

I would bet if your main thing to get a phone was it's camera capabilities you might not really be so concerned what version of iOS, Android or WIndows Mobo your phone was running as long as it made calls and took incredible photos. The photo rez on this phone is higher than any digital camera I have seen period that is not Professional grade.  That's not even mentioning that it has lense mechanism made by a pure lens specialist!
