I did set FSB at 135 MHz x 35 and raise the CPU volts at 1.425. at 4.73 GHz  and rest of them set by AUTO and reboot it and it was stable with Water cooling. the CPU temp is stable around 35 to 45 C (just below 50C) . That is my new record speed on my i7 990X. I able to push it as much as it get stable to reboot in Windows. It show me how i7 990X able to handle the extreme speed with unlocked muilt. with some raise volts to keep it stable.  I knew the water cooling system is best for extreme overclocked and lower temp than air-cooling heatsink.

Good job there, Mike. I'm curious as to how long it would take to knock-down Super Pi 1M!

RAM run at 1.60 GHxz in XMP mode. but slightly over 1.60 GHz. it did hold on its own.

Update on my i7 990X, I able keep the stock 133 MHz FSB and set at x 36 and bit raise just at 1.40 volt and rest of them by auto. i7 990X run at 4.80 GHz!  it is still stable and really fast.

I'm glad that it's working out for you. That is a very nice OC and it's cool that you got it stable too.

Recenty, I did push about 100 MHz extra so i got my i7 990X run at 4.90 GHz. (Actaully be exact 4.94 GHz)  It was very close to 5 GHz. I did try to past 5 GHz but it was not stable at all but It will do fine up to 4.90 GHz. I was very impressed. It was nice to test it out with my new Antec Kuhler water system  and know it did great job to keep it cooling when overclocked.  I guess next time when i will upgrade to new custom PC with water system.

I've found water to be very efficient way to cool the CPU. A professional grade home built water system can cool the CPU, Motherboard, and Video Cards at once, and you get even better temps with that.

That's what I'm going to build next.

Ok. I'll move on with other stuff. I'm glad it did worked very well for my I7 990X. If I need any help or ask any question for next time. I will come back to HH forums soon or later.
