What is your opinion on the Sandy Bridge Core i3 2100T processor being enough to power an HTPC for both processing and video? I am looking to keep the heat to a minimum and this processor only requires 35W of power so should run relatively cool. Not needing a discrete video card would certainly cut down on the noise/power and heat.

Thinking of combining it with

ASRock H67M (B3) LGA 1155 Intel H67 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL8D-4GBHK

A Blu-Ray drive and a decent power supply.

Still looking for a nice case that is reasonably priced.
