Hey, everyone hows the weather out there by you? I have 40F and snow showers with a low of 13F tonight.

It's been Icy and cold here in Virginia, but our temps have risen lately giving us RAIN instead of snow for this giant storm that's thrashing so much of the USA.

Rain's OK with me, it will get rid of the snow and Ice that's still on the ground.

here in Crystal Lake we have this. plus + 25mph+ wind chills .Wonder what the Ground Hog says tomorrow ?

Here in Toronto.... We're in for a Crazy Snow Storm..... They're calling it Snowmagedden. Though its about 30 - 50 cm's, which in about  ~15- ~20 inches. 

 

Wonderful. I hope the university is closed... really dont want to travel in the subway

yep we sure are the winds are 30mph + the snow blowing sideways and a lots of school closings etc lots of businesses closed early this afternoon. I am about 2block from Crystal Lake and looked forward to the Ice bowl golf tournament on the lake this weekend or next.. Still curious about 'dat ground hog and his predictions. Amazing all the hype made over a storm that never really showed up in the Toronto area.  I am 30 minutes west of toronto and we maybe got 10 inches and i am just north of the lake also. 

I don't ever remember a snow day when i was a kid...

Glad you mentioned that I can recall some snowdays in Chicago ..I can recall delivering newspapers with a saucer sled and take the sled & slide off garage tops with some pals, the daily [censored]ll battles going to skool ..the park they used to ice and my dad cruising around that ice rink on his racing skates,.stuff like that.

We have -15 this am here &  what concerns many around here is the weekends weather for
41st Annual Doc Haznow Chili Open Golf Classic which is a golf tournament played on the lake on Feb 12th along wiht prizes and chili.

Say Hi to Jason Voorhees, I hear he went to camp there. LoL!

 

NYC is just cold at least for me. Low 18 degrees F, High 30 degrees F today Going up into the 40's for the weekend maybe we'll finally get rid of all the ice.
