I'm looking to buy a good monitor for my new computer. My top choice right now is a Sony CPD-G410R 19"" (18"" Viewable) CRT Monitor . I think it is good because it is big, flat screen, as is made by sony, which is a brand which has always proven reliable. The only thing is thats its a bit pricy, running at about $400, which is high for a CRT. I was wondering if anyone has had good luck with their monitors, and could recommend a good monitor. I am specificall looking for a 19" flat screen CRT, maybe around $200-310.

I just purchased this monitor(viewsonic E90f) about a month ago and I have to say I am happy with it. I also didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for the thing. It is a short depth flat screen crt monitor at 19" and takes up no more room than my old 17" monitor. The display quality is excellent also, in part due to my nvidia geforce 2 titanium with 64mb of ddr memory. Im not telling you what to get, thats your decision, just throwing an opinion/option out to you. Hope this helps!
