As a long time Yahoo! Mail user, and a recently Gmail migrater, I have no idea how come Yahoo! Mail is still so much more ahead in terms of users. Gmail is simply superior in almost every way.

One thing though, on all my 7+ years on yahoo, I do not recall even once that it was down, but who knows...
