The best Athlon motherboard is of course the ASUS K7V, they included all the needed options, and it performs like something out of this world, who is your favorite Mobo manufacturer

I bought a K7V, and for the most part I love the board, I've only one problem... The VIA Joystick port keeps trying to load as does the standard microsoft Game port, Which wouldn't be a problem except that they use the same memory addressing and therefor conflict. The only solution that I've found for this is to disable the VIA port, and operate off the MS driver. The problem with this is that the port then does not allow the Joystick drivers to recognize the joystick. And quite frankly that would not bother me except that I cannot get an answer from VIA or ASUS regarding the problem, And quite frankly it leaves me feeling like I got the shaft. I build a lot of systems, and this is the first time I've seen this problem, and noone I know seems to have any Ideas that haven't already been tried.Seeing as ASUS will not support the product, honestly, despite the speed and stability of the board, I'll go somewhare else for a MB next time.

We will have Asus A7V here in Finland within this week or so.
A7V will be a logical successor for my P3B-F.
