You can't, you would have to upload the pic to Photobucket, imageshack, or some image hosting. Then copy the link , and paste in the box when you press the picture button which is next to the smiley.

Don't right click and hit copy image location and use that url. Thats called hotlinking and it really annoys web hosts as it increases their bandwith useage and not their traffic.

Step 1
UserPostedImage

Save picture to your computer.

Step 2

UserPostedImage

Navigate to imageshack.us and browse to your picture.

Step 3

UserPostedImage

Copy direct image url and when posting either click the little picture of a tree or add [ img][/img] tags around the url in the post.

 I typicly use imageshack

I goto imageshack and the host the image there.

Once its hosted I select the 'direct' link, then using the 'insert image' ( )button above I insert the link I copied from imageshack and presto, there you go.

this link is the one that works...

There you have, the quick image hosting tutorial.  Other image sites are similar and likely as easy to use, pick your poison.

*edit* what Dev said, posted same time I did.

Post an image!

Also to note, some forums do it differently not all use img tags or have a litle tree icon.
