my head is turned completely! I just renewed my contract with orange broadband and got a free livebox, but now i cant get cisco VPN to get access to my work computers, and their call service is useless. it connects over ipsec/tcp. anyone got any ideas?
did you ever solve this? I have the same problem with my livebox.
never solved it working with the world worst wireless router from orange, so replaced the router and just set it all up manually. annoying but unless you can get around the built in software of the router theres not much that i know to do.

This udp blockage is either on livebox itself or one the orange infrastruture.
One solution is to use TCP for VPN connectivity. By default VPN client uses UDP. Obviously your VPN Gateway should allow TCP first of all and then set up your client to use TCP.
