Kevo has excellent points...AND has photos/links to prove what he is talking about. I, for one, am glad he has pointed these things out, as they are helpful.

But anyhow...people can take all this info into consideration when deciding to buy. Good luck Vengenx.

I would like to thank you Kevo, i have realized what i have done wrong now.

I have posted the wrong model, the actualy model is what Kevo said

TOSHIBA A100-306 Laptop - TOSHIBA A100-306 INTEL CORE 2 DUO T5500 PROCESSOR 1.66GHz LAPTOP

The reports my boss gave me was for the P100-429 model, i asumed that must of been the laptop i recieved.

Sorry for the mistake and thanks for letting us know Kevo.

I will edit my first post

Thank you

So are you going to admit that you made up the story of the upgraded speakers and that the spare keys that will come with the system for the buyer to put on themselves?

No, i didnt make anything up.

What i am going to admit is that i got the model type wrong, which i have now changed.

My job is to modify laptops and desktop computers and report how they work with the new upgrades.

I asumed, with you noticing changes, that the laptop has been modified therefore leaving the old parts at work which i would have collected and shiped with the laptop so the buyer can change it back.

Easy mistake

Thank you

EDIT:

Remember, the reports i got saying the modifications have been made was for the old model i thought i had.

Anyway, its done now, and thanks.

So there is no warranty with the laptop? Thats a shame because Toshiba offer brilliant warranty services.

Edit..

Sorry I got confused there. This is now a standard model, without any of your "upgrades" so it will have a full warranty I guess?

Yes there is a Warranty with the laptop.

This laptop hasnt been touched, only opened to takes pictures.

The reports i had given me saying there has been changes (which i checked when you noticed the differences) was for the other laptop i thought i had so the warranty still stands.

Thank you

EDIT:

Just read your edit, and yes it has a full warranty

i will tell you what Vengenx....if you take $150 down for the laptop now and get the rest the day I get the laptop you can consider this sold. As you said in another post, it is all about trust; i am a regular here and many members can tell you i am indeed a trustworthy individual (i.e nelsoncp, atomicrooster, giantjoebot are three i HAVE done business with on here)

Also, keep in mind that if this does work out I can be the POSITIVE feedback you need to sell the rest of your stuff -- as it appears many people are hesitant to do business with you for lack-there-of (feedback)
