Hey guys i got a question, I've been researching for about 20min's and I can't find the answer to my question.
The question is what is the Max temp for a Merom?, My cpu is a Intel Duo 2 Core T7200, the reason is because it idle @ 52c and max out at 58c (4hr folding and gaming) with a room temp of 65c

I'm not sure of the max temp off the top of my head, but I do know they don't start throttleing until they hit the upper 70s / low 80s. Are you worried that something's going to happen to you chip?

Before I answer thank for the reply on my post, I was just kind of wondering because i'm not yet familiar with Intel. I was with AMD until I replace my Desktop for Laptops. Currently Own 2, core 2 duo

PS: this would be my second pentium owned since 94 when i had a Pentium (r) 166mhz ((gosh i'm getting old))
