In regards to Dev2's : "Your favourite TV series." it gave me an idea to start a thread of your favourite film. It may have been brought up before but considering the new movies that are released, it would be interesting to find out

My current top 3 would have to be:

- The Lord of the Rings Trilogy (They were originally 1 whole film altogther and my all time favourite)
- Pirates of the Carribean : Dead Man's Chest
- Fearless (Jet Li)

I don't consider myself a movie buff but I do like good films. I have to be carefull which ones I put down as sometimes the first ones that come to your head are often not the best but rather when other people remind you of other films you suddenly realise that the ones you put down just can't live up. Anyway

King Kong - Peter Jackson really knows how to get that "epic" feel to a movie.
Inside Man- I'm a sucker for any movie with a good twist.
Pulp Fiction - Tarantino at his best , no doubt. Best movie for quotes ever.
American Beauty - Just damn good.
Amadeus - If you haven't seen. watch.
Indiana Jones : And the last crusade
Heat -De Niro/Pacino showdown.
City of God- My favourte "foreign" film
Se7en- Like I said "I'm a sucker for a movie with a twist"
Fight Club- Nothing but Style. It rates 5 mega fonzies on the cool scale.

Donnie Darko is one of the greatest movies of all time.

One of the few original movies! It wasn't based off of anything.
