I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question. If not please move.

Well, the other day I deceided to run 3DMark06 to see how well my computer/vid card/cpu/etc ran. I received a mark of 546. Is this a good run? What can I do to increase my gaming power other than buy a new card? There is an option to clock my video card in BIOs but only up 4% I believe. Is this something that the good would outway the bad? Thanks for any input.
My Rig:
Processor : Intel Pentium 4 @ 3000 MHz
Mainboard : Intel Corporation D865GBF
Physical Memory : 1536 MB (3200, 400)
Video Card : ATI Technologies Inc Radeon 9600 XT (V350)
AllInWonder 9600XT
Monitor Type : Mitsubishi Electronics V50LCD - 15 inchs
DirectX : Version 9.0c (March 2006)
Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP Professionnal 5.01.2600 Service Pack 2
If anything else is needed please let me know. Also, I know my board is crap and wont let me OC my CPU, but is is possible to clock my memory/video card any higher. For the video card I mean anything other than through BIOs with the 4%.
Thanks
Brian
