I have a SATA drive I use strictly for backup purposes. So I went to do my yearly clean install of XP and moved all my important information over the SATA drive. Reinstalled the OS, installed mobo drivers (NForce 3 board), and SP2.

Windows recognizes the drive, but when I try to explore it I get a message saying the drive is not formatted? Not sure where to go to from there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I simply cannot format the drive, all my IMPORTANT data is on there.
