I just ran it and got 4484. 1659 for SM2 tests, 1934 for HRD/SM3 tests and 1780 CPU score...
Running it with an Opteron 170 @ 2.4GHz with 2GB @ 520mhz 2.5-3-3-7 and a X1800XT stock settings. I'll do some tweaking later, maybe after I spend some time overclocking and get the second BIOS for my card, I might be able to break 5000...maybe...

just re-ran the tests, with new 83.40 beta drivers, and scored 2710, which is a nice improvement.

Just re-ran the tests and got an extra 106 points for 3DMark 06. Total for 06: 4590 and for 3DMark05 I get 9382. Thats running my CPU @ 2603mhz (9.5x274) with my ram in a 1:1 ratio 3-3-3-7. I dropped the speeds back because I was getting worried about pumping 1.6V+ through my chip. The temps stayed below 50C after an hour of Prime95, but...I knew I was gonna start my computer up one time to the smell of burning electronics...

New Edit: After re-installing the 6.2 drivers because a new build # was out, and after tweaking windows a bit, I pushed 3D Mark05 past the 10K mark for 10,018marks! I fell just shy of 5K in 3DMark 06 with 4934. Perhaps after some more overclocking and with the next set of drivers I can crack the 5K level. Even though the test is irrelevent now, I cracked the 19K mark for 3DMark03! I will catch your SLI rig Freeman. *dreams*

Elsparrow, HL2: Lost Coast uses a type of HDR that is able to be rendered by SM2.0 cards, but 3Dmark06 uses a different type of HDR that can only be done by SM3.0 cards.

I was wondering if there is a standard for resolution setting when you run this benchmark or does the program set it for you?

The free version sets it for you and cannot be changed.

Well this is as high as I'll ever get with my card till I upgrade my CPU. I managed to have it stable at this overclock by setting my fan on my GPU at 100% and luckily I didn't have any issues after benching. I will never do this again though so this was me just having fun I guess you can say:

CPU: AMD A64 3000+@ 2.62 Ghz
Memory: G-skill extreme series 2x 1GB at 262 Mhz
GPU: 7800 GT @ 510/1.23 with fan @ 100%

3DMARK06: 4,147

I installed second card and scored 4929.........not sure whats up......does it make a difference that I jacked everything up in catalyst control center as high as it would go???? I'm kinda confused.
