Alright, so, I am thinking about getting a new MB with the AMD 64-bit 3700+ Processor. Now, my question/concern is that should I get one with an AGP slot or PCI-Express slot? Taking the quality, price, availability, and how long they'll last into consideration, what is best? Is there any chance of AGP disappearing anytime soon just in case I want to upgrade my video card, or should I not worry about that?

Well if you are upgrading then you are probs going to be looking at at least a X800 series or 6800 series of gfx card. To be honest going for PCI-E is the best option as most newer cards will be PCI-E only, it will have more life than AGP has left and they are generally more available now.
