I already have 2 inside of my case I might put a Zalman CPU 90MM fan on it.

It would be much more useful if, with any of your posts, you included rather more detail. What case do you have? What are the case temps at the moment? What temps are you currently getting on your processor idle and under load? What are the fans you already have and where are they mounted?

Well, four 80mms (two back, two front) or two 120mms (one back, one front) is a reasonable minimum. At least a 80mm is highly recommended on the side, exhausting heat from the CPU area. A good quality copper heatsink is pretty essential as is either AS5 or Ceramique thermal paste. Your aim should be to get your case temperatures into the 28-32C range, depending on the ambient temperature. A CPU temperature of under 45C maximum under load should be achievable for any significant overclock, ideally with the overclocked load temperature not regularly exceeding 50C.
