Which is better in terms of overclockabilty and stabiltyand performance?

I heard the DFI mobo had some picky concerns with RAM.

DFI is picky with its RAM but it beats anything else for overclocking and stability. I have that AN8 Ultra for my 3200 Venice and I so far cranked 2.2Ghz out of a 2.0Ghz cpu but using the uGuru facility I managed to get it to crash when choosing normal mode and turbo :S

It might be that the BIOS needed for a Venice core is buggy (I know it hates the X2 cores as well on stability) so I am gonna wait and see if we get a new BIOS for it.

But tbh if you get the DFI and just check the RAM u will be fine
