When ever i explore some cd s my comp slows down and i can barley move mouse and etc. its happened since ive installed a new dvd burner hp 640 . im pretty sur its not burner just my installation as i set jumpers to master on new drive but comp had probs detecting dvd so i put jumper back to cable select on old drive.any suggestion wud b appreciated.
