sorry, but the xp theme is dated and the same thing gets boring after a while imo. Windowblinds is free and only uses 3mb of memory,
so get it and try it for yourselves. There are tons of thems out there to choose from, so no need to have a boring desktop, imo.

there are you happy hotshot?

Anyway here's mine. Blank, dull, boring. Call it what you will but it's my streamlined work environment and it goes fantasticly with my PC colour sceme which black and silver. My monitor is black and silver too so it goes pretty damn well. Check the top toolbar, that's all the design programs I use week in week out. I havn't used the Program Files folder button weeks. Honestly.

I usually have more on the desktop though. Anythimg a file downloads from MSN, Yahoo or the Web it goes straight on my desktoip so I know exactly where to find it and don't forget about it! My most frequently used buttons are Firefox, MusicMatch Jukebox and minimise to desktop.

Geez guys, you'd think on a Hardware forum people would know how to resize pics I'm running 1152x864 @ 100Hz. Since the thread is already so damn wide posting a full size pic isn't gona have any affect so meh.

My programs are (past Yahoo msnger) - MM Jukebox, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Director, Flash, Freehand, Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, Premiere Nero, Power DVD, WISE-FTP, AIWA MC (for my MP3 Player) and Word.

...and the main reason I used Netscape (which then becase Firefox 0.7 for me) is the toolbar!

Here's what I have. I rarely ever type in a URL as these are about the only sites I ever use. Plus google's a gateway to everything

No I was talking about the oppistie extreme. Being a PC hardware forum you'd think people would be capable of resizing the pics so they didn't take up an entire screen

For yours though, saving as a GIF rather than JPEG would get rid of the blurriness. Gif reduces colours rather than image quality so you don't get that blurryness that JPGs get when using a low quality setting
