Hey guys Im new in the forums and i want a little help from you.

Well I have build a Custom Pc and I dont know which Power Supply I need to buy and how much Watts I need
So thats why I want help with if you can help???

Well the OCZ IS excellent but you can get away with spending less than that and still have a qualtiy PSU. IF you have your heart set on it (maybe you have a case window and you like the lights?) but you can get similar quality spending less. The Tagan TG480 is great value for money and it's won multiple awards. In all honest though, you could run all that on a 400W PSU but there's no problem with going higher.
