Look here are some screens, and if these are normal, how come it says 200 mhz? don't these 2 sticks run at 400?

The PC3200 runs at DDR400. Basically the FSB is still 200Mhz but with DDR memory it operates twice as fast as standard 200Mhz ram so does the equivalant of 400Mhz of work. Your ram is fine.

But what about the timings? They said it was 2-3-3-6...

Did you get them as a Dual Channel set? If you did then all I can say is you been given RAM with the wrong specs for timings

Ok, on the thinger, pic number 3 it says Frequency: 200.0 MHz, is that 200mhz the actual thing? or is it actually 400 but it just says 200

your mem is running at 200mhz X 2bits=400Mhz because your mem is ddr ram that it means its can read and write at the same time so it moves 2 bits of data at every tick of the clock and amd athlon bus works in the same fatshion.
intel has a quad pumped bus so 800mhz intel bus is really a 200mhz bus moving 4bits of data at a time.(200mhz x 4bits=800mhz like bus)
