Well I have to say I was very dissapointed that my 2400+ Barton Mobile could only do 2.2Ghz stable at 1.75v with my watercooling rig, etc. So I paid my money and took my chances, looking good so far. I got a 2500+ Barton Mobile that is doing 2.36Ghz at 1.6v! so far while I'm stress testing. I'm also happy that temps at 2.36 are lower then 2.2 on the other CPU. Just shows that a good part of OCing is "luck of the draw" so to speak. My goal so far is 2.5+ and getting my KHX to 230+ 2-2-2-6, so I'll need to voltmod my PSU at some time in the next week

FYI: Mobile Barton's are unlocked. Both of mine are week 43 and 47 of 2003 and do any multi.

http://www.newegg.com/app/viewP...iption=19-103-401&depa=0

Model: AXMH2500FQQ4C
Core: Barton
Operating Frequency: 1.83GHz
FSB: 266MHz
Cache: L1/64K+64K; L2/512K
Voltage: 1.25V
Process: 0.13Micron

Its an 0343MPMW, seems rockstable at 2.4 so I'm going to bump up to 2.45, 2.5

God speed man

I wish my 2500+ wasn't so craptacular, i'd love to be crusing at 2.3+GHz all the time!

Wow, I wish I could OC with this board... Nice OC (isn't the "2500" part of the chip name a P-rating? that would be cool, to get a chip above it's own P-rating in an OC!) BTW, if you use Alt+PrntScrn instead of just PrntScrn you get just the active window. That way you don't have to crop the screenshot.

I never tried to go above 14, if I remember I'll see if it works. I'm sure other peeps have unlocked Barton's around here too. But I use the 11 and 11.5 with higher FSB (220-230)

I've benched my system with high fsb and high multiplier at roughly the same overall clock speed and seen almost no difference in performance of either CPU or memory in either test. Can you think of any reasons this may be? I thought maybe the advantage of the high fsb may be lost if my mem is loosing it's timings...that's a guess though
