Hello,
I was hoping to get some feedback before I made a purchase this weekend. I am planning on buying a new graphics card and dvd burner. I am designing menues for DVD's and also editing video and capturing video from a VHS source.

I plan on purchasing the Radeon All in Wonder 9600 128MB DDR AGP Graphics Card. From everything I read, this gives me the best option to capture video for the price that fits me best right now My question though is I want to know if it will work the ways it's suppose to based on my computer set up.

I am currently running:
-Pentium 3 996 MHz
-512 Megs of Ram
-Win XP Home

Will that card work well with my current setup (especially capturing video from VHS)? Also, with that set up will I have any trouble with burning DVDs.

I am advanced when it comes to designing, but when it comes to the hardware I usually ask for help just to be sure :-)

Thanks for any feedback!

It all depends on your MoBo. If it has a AGP 1.5v then your ok. My (Now bob_on_the_cob's) AMD K7 550MHz MoBo was ok. I would have to say that yours is also, but just make shure and check. Good Luck.

Thanks for the quick reply. Like I had said early, I am not the greatest when it comes to hardware. How can I check to see if it has that.

Thanks for helping

Well since you dont know your MoBo. I'm assuming that you purchased a pre-built system. What is your computers Manufacture and Model number?
