I see 1 vital thing missing from that

quad opterons!

1 2ghz opteron alone can blow the fastest P4 to hell and back

A 2ghz opteron beat out a P4 EE clocked at 3.8ghz i don't think so. Granted it's a great chip but it can't beat the p4 at 3.8. They do offer an FX system as well though

It depends on which article you look at ... Tomshardware shows a pretty even comparison between the Athlon 64 FX-51 and the P4 EE 3.2ghz ... of course if you look almost anywhere else the 3.2ghz P4 EE gets spanked, hard.

I didn't look through all of that, but it looks like most of their tests come out with the FX-51 stays pretty even with the 3.2ghz P4 EE overclocked to 3.6ghz (they couldn't keep it stable at 3.8ghz)

You can actually get one for free!

Check out their referral program: http://www.go-l.com/corporate/referrals/index.htm . They'll give you $200 for everyone that you refer who purchases one of their desktop systems.

If you do the math, that means that if you could just find 230 really rich guys who feel like p!ssing at least $4000 away on a PC, you could get one free!
