Woah, I think this is my first post in the PC Audio section. It's like driving a new car... without the smell

Anyways, My dads audio Cracks like Rice Crispies... But it only does it when the his computer is Sending/Receiving something from the internet. Guess what? He's got a Wireless set-up, so i'm guessing the Audio is picking up the Internet Data. My question is, how do I fix this?

For normal audio I would recommend a filter. But for wireless networking a filter might corrupt the signal. Is there anything around that could cause RF distortion? Microwaves and cordless phones come to mind.


EDIT:

One other thing, open the windows volume control and mute everything but Master and CD volume. Having the others enabled can sometimes cause interference.
