Someone told me to download the regristery file and I did download and install it, but nothing came out. Another guy told me I need to copy a file from a unofficial driver to replace one of my official driver files in order to have that option. Could someone tell me which file is it ? Thx a lot!

If it's a nvidia product and you are using reference drivers, then this is what you want..

To unlock the reference drivers you will have to copy nvcpl.dll from an older set of drivers (10.xx or earlier) into the install directory of the newer drivers (probably be Detonator 3 12.41)... If you don't the coolbits registry hack will not work.
