Can anyone let me know (or PM me) how i can get my hand on any version of 3d Mark that will work. I downloaded 2001SE and it said it wouldn't work becasue i dont have DirectX 8.1...........which is true......i have higher than that.......so which version can i use? Which will work in XP Home......? And where can i get it cuz i want to compare my measely benchies with everyone else.......

No, it means your video card doesn't support directX 8.1. Your 7500 is a Dx7 part.

um.........
It's not supported, is what i said. However, you should still be able to run some of the benchmarks. Heck, even my old nVidia Vanta 16mb (way older than your card) can run 3D mark 2001. Do you have the latest drivers for your vid card? Which version of directX do you have installed?

are you sure you're running DX8.1 or DX9? if you arent then just run your windows updates to get the DX upgrade.
