I put in a old HD5570 video card, but it's killing me. Yes this is my main machine. Embarrassingly.

I'm looking for a low end video card better than that to run 2 monitors, and does not require additional power.

Suggestions? Or someone have one for sale?

Appreciate it,

-Rob

It would help to know your budget and your needs. Are you going to be doing much in the way of gaming? Video Rendering? CAD?

http://www.newegg.com/Pr...spx?Item=N82E16814202214  assuming the word "refurbished" doesn't scare you away (it does still feature a warranty, though, so that's worth keeping in mind).

Given that he's currently got an AMD card in his rig, I think that's the route he'll probably want to stay.

Its a G630 CPU. 4Gb Ram. So no need for high end card. CPU wouldn't push it.

I could care less if it's AMD or NVidia. Budget around 50 bucks.

I'm saving up, bit by bit to try to build a newer system. But I need this one to do a little better so I can keep modding.

Oh and trying to edit video... the horror.

the r7 250(about 60-90usd) is a card i think it can support 2 monitors. it also shouldnt need extra power. If you could save up and get a better power supply you could get an r7 370 which can support 3 displays and it will run modern games well(about $160usd for this option).

What about a Radeon Saphire? They are low end, affordable and a lot of them are short and low profile enough to fit in a small form factor PC like the Optiplex 390. The only thing is you won't be able to run two HDMI monitors, unless you already have on board video,http://www.ebay.com/itm/SAPPHIR...c14d7:g:2bkAAOSwyjBW5Ci2  it would have to be HDMI and DVI probably Here is a link to Newegg on ebay for one less than 50 bucks Might be better than the old 5570 you got in there, but than again your probably want more VRAM and power so IDK.

Yep you probably would just get bottle necked, well like I suggested low end Radeon Saphire is around $50 used and it's fairly good 1GB I believe.

Yeah thanks guys for the suggestions, I do like the R7 250. thats up my ally.

Only video cards i ever used were the high end ones, so I am still a little unfamiliar with these low end ones.
